Refund and Returns Policy

Our first priority is your satisfaction so if you aren’t completely pleased with your purchase please contact us immediately so we can work with you to resolve your issues. You can contact us at and we’ll get back to you as quickly as possible

Refund Terms
You must contact us within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a full refund – just please remember we are a very small team with limited resources so any and all returns are significant for us.

Warranty Period
All products include a 60 day full warranty on all products, so long as they have not be modified or damaged in any way. And hell, even then so long as you didn’t cause the damage we’ll almost certainly work with you to resolve any issues you may encounter.

Prototype Units
For those who purchased “prototype” units these can be upgraded to current production specs at any time, you need only cover shipping and any additional hardware costs for the upgraded version. Please contact us at and we’ll work out the details with you.

Returning a Product
You will be responsible for all shipping costs to returning your item as shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please be sure to add the appropriate insurance for your shipment if your product’s value is higher than your carriers default insurance amount (usually $100)
